Dillion the head financial employee there, sold me a truck that they said they had looked at their mechanics had went through it everything was good to go mind you I had test drove the truck the day before and it was stalling out and there was white smoke bluish tinted coming from the tailpipe I told them I'd buy the truck if they fixed that they "fixed" the issue with it I would buy it , few days go by come back to the shop end up buying the vehicle week later guess what they didn't do fix the issue so now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I only paid seven Grand for but guess what I have an issue with it to where now the cost of fixing the vehicle is more than what it is worth of what I bought so I was lied to by Graff Chevrolet I was swindled by grass Chevrolet I was completely f***** by Graff Chevrolet and you know what they told me they told me I could come in for a second opinion a second opinion?????? Soookoo what's going to happen is Dillion and the rest of the people who work at graff are more likely than the rest of us probably going to end up burning in hell because they're the type of people that like to swindle and f*** other people over because they're just greasy car salesman and I would never ever buy anything from this place or ever ever recommend to anyone. these people are sick individuals who have zero moral compasses, they are the type to stab you in the back and shot your dog and steal your wife kind of people.
NEVER EVER EVER NEVER BUY From GRAFF CHEVROLET LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS THEY ARE KAMLA SUPPORTERS.

Woah. Ultimately this dealership had the car I wanted, so I bought it. But what an awful experience! This is one of those old-school dealerships where your salesperson needs to talk to the manager about any kind of price adjustment. Of course, this starts at the top, the manager doesn't empower his employees to truly service customers. This place is totally void of customer service, and the way they service their cars is terrifying. I bought a car with bad rear breaks that was overdue on transmission fluid. I got those resolved the day after purchasing, but would absolutely never trust this dealership to service its cars or customers well.

Sales Rep Nick made purchasing a slightly used pickup an easy process. No pushy salesman tactics, no hidden dealership games. A down to earth guy just working hard taking care of clients. He was on top of all the steps the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to him again in the future for any vehicle help.

Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer service. Had an appt set for April 16th, found an issue with my car, they ordered the needed part and scheduled a return appointment for the 23rd only to get a msg that the part was not in & they were locating in via tracking. They said they would get back with me right away. It has been a WEEK & no call or follow up on the status of getting my car in and serviced. I left a message for both the service manager and the general manager today only to not have my calls returned. NOT impressed!!!!

I had my truck into the service department at the Mission Street location for an oil change. Of course, they did a general inspection and found an axle seal leak. It was minor, but by finding it in the early stages they kept me from possibly being stranded on the side of the road with a blown axle. Thank you!! Don N.

They took advantage of a first time buyer. Although the car was a good deal. After the "120 point inspection" they failed to tell me that the drivers side rear brake pad was completely gone. When I contacted my salesman about this problem he completely ghosted me.

Stellar car buying experience. My salesman Bill was outstanding. I chose the new Cadillac I wanted and color and he found the perfect one. From start to finish I would say it took 3 hours. I was given a tour of the facility and all staff was friendly. Only drawback is due to COVID-19 and Bill could not go through all the features of the suv with me. Thanks so much
