Did a trade in today with Lou. He made everything go great. A few Little things needed to be done He Did them and had the vehicle looking beautiful and delivered it to me the next day !! next time I need a vehicle I will return to Graff! Great staff

Some of the staff could be friendlier for sure. The lot looks good always. One thing the sprinklers go off way to early in the day in the summer and cover the walking areas.

Always had issues in the past anytime I've gone to a dealership for anything. This dealer has changed my mind. I never go anywhere else for service. I'm a gearhead and grew up working on GM motors so I can usually tell when someone is lying to me about an engine I've worked on my whole life. Graff Buick has always been straight forward and honest. Wife and I also ended up buying a brand new cuv in 2019 from them and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Took my 21 GMC 3500 Denali in today due to the passenger mirror at times stops coming in. They wanted me to leave truck and have someone all day long to do it until it did it. It could take days for it to happen. I said order a mirror. Cocky boy said leave. No call to GMC as to what to do. Stay away from them.

These guys go above and beyond. David worked with me to get my new Buick. Now he is very friendly and helpful very very nice. He even showed me everything in my SUV how everything worked and how to set up my onstar. I really like this guy. I'll go back to this dealership. He introduced me to everyone. Love this place.
