I came here with poor credit and wasn't even looking to leave with a car that day just planned on looking. But the same day I walked in, I left with a beautiful Ford escape. Jason is extremely amazing at customer service and made the whole experience a pleasure. Would definitely recommend coming here!!

Place sucks. Guy calls me up at 9am very rude to me. They say they finance anyone . And he didn't even run my credit and started discriminating towards me cause I'm disabled . Then started talking bad about me cause of my past I told him off and I'm getting a attorney for discrimination cause he told me he wouldn't work with me cause I was disabled. I filed a complaint with the BBB and definitely gonna own this place when it's all said in down . Your gonna wish you never talked that way to me . And I had it all on recorded . This place really puts the smack down on low income and disabled people and there rude and treat you horrible I have 3 grand down and your going to yell at me cause I'm disabled and start laughing at me . And then go on because of my past . I'm getting you for discrimination and false advertising. See you in court

Jason was super helpful and thoroughly explained everything I was signing. He made it a point to help me get into a family vehicle for my kids and myself. I’ll recommend people to come and get a vehicle from these amazing people. They also have toys in their office that my son was able to enjoy playing with while I spent time signing papers.

Be careful if you are going to buy a vehicle from fast finance. When I bought my van some of the engine mounts needed to be replaced and should of been already and they knew about it and didn't tell us. We only found out by having it looked at before we bought it and fast finance drew up paperwork to agree to pay for that repair. Also on another occasion I took my van to the mechanic Jason at extreme garage in Mt pleasant who is the mechanic that fast finance will only go through and when I took my van in it was fine and quiet but when I got it back the exhaust was and still is loud and found out that there is a hole in the flex pipe that wasn't there before. Fast finance and TNT financial won't do anything to fix the exhaust problem even thought it was their mechanic Jason that caused it in the first place. I also had the van looked at somewhere else and found out that the rack and pinion were never replaced like fast finance claimed and said. They refuse to pay to get the van fully repaired correctly and keep trying to send me back to their mechanic that didn't fix it in the first place and lied about it. I wouldn't give any stars for their business if that was an option. Word of caution for anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from them, do not. They do not do any safety checks on any vehicles before selling them and don't care if they are selling vehicles that are unsafe to drive.
