Down to earth place. Purchased a vehicle from this place(2012 Chevy Cruz) and the owner told me if there was any problems I could bring the vehicle back and he would make it right. Long story short the vehcile did end up having an issue that appeared like a very major problem such as an engine replacement and without hesitation the owner of the dealership told me he would take care of it. It ended up being a couple minor problems, but the point is the owner is a good guy. Under the circumstances we didn't have the car very long or put many miles on it, he stepped right up and valued our service. If I found something on his car lot I liked again, I would purchase again from them. I appreciated his approach to make it right, I have dealt with a lot less professionalism from actual dealerships...speaking...never buy from Graff or Auto Group in Mount Pleasant or the Chevy dealer in Ithica MI.

Truly an amazing place, needed a tire and was $5 short. They still sold me the tire and I am very grateful considering it's the one piece I needed to get myself and my unborn son to doctor appointments.Will definitely be shopping here in the future especially for tires, definitely a great place to take your buisness. Sold me an alternator for wrong year. Not blaming them for that, more of a GM thing, changing the electrical plug from one year to the next. Exchanged it for the right part without hesitation. Reasonable prices too. The guys that I spoke with on the phone and in person were friendly. Will do business there again.
