I went in today to make a return. It took about four different people to figure it out and they brought up izzy to try and solve the issue. She was very rude and told us they can’t do anything about it and last minute told us we can’t return it. Izzy needs to work on her customer service skills.

Very nice Diks Sporting Goods location, everything is clean and organized. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Large selection of sporting goods merchandise. However, they do not sell firearms anymore which is a down side.

Shoutout to Ken, as he was very patient, and helpful, in my return/exchange needs!I had an exchange transaction done improperly from a different location, resulting in me being charged twice, and Ken took the time to figure it out, and get my money back.The store was also very organized, clean, and well-lit. Based on the customer service and store environment, I will definitely return to this location for future needs!

Golf department is a joke. Waited 15 minutes for help while another person was getting help--no problem. Then, the employee, who previously said they would help me as soon as this person was done, just walked away without saying anything. Waited another 10 minutes and he never returned. Either horrible training or the employees just don't care. I left and spent my money at another business.

The staff are friendly, and the store is organized, but they don’t carry quite a bit of equipment for multiple sports including lacrosse and rugby.

Good selection of clothes and shoes. Fishing Department was lacking in inventory.

Dirty toilet and wall by hand dryer. Couldn't turn the toilet paper roll to get enough. Water to wash hands was ice cold.
