When my wife&I decided to switch to Cricket, we put it off for week's, fearful of even being out in a world, that to us, is full of lunatics these day's. With a belief system's contrary of any ethic's, or decency.
Then we meet Cricket's representative, Larry. Who, on his own, restored our belief there's still hope.
A kind, polite, professional young man, about his business. I dont think we were there more than 45min.
Thank you Cricket for your excellent hiring practice's, you select your people well. Mostly though, we want to thank you Larry, for making old folk's believe there are people in your generation, capable of leading your peer's, back to decency..

Went in the other day cause I got fed up with Verizon,was paying over $315 for 3 of my family and talked to a guy named Sammy here and oh man he was great! He set me up with phones that work perfectly and got us all squared away with excellent service! Would HIGHLY recommend cricket to anyone who’s curious about switching service and request Sam guys magic and he explains everything perfectly! Won’t be looking to switch again anytime soon!

Retailer was not customer friendly. Doesn't open to serve customers as stated on temporary business hours at 11:00 a.m. all three times I attempted to get service.
