Got a storage unit from Central Storage only to discover when I attempted to move stuff over that my unit had a padlock on it already. They had no record of anyone in the unit and said they had no idea why it was occupied. Stated they would cut the lock but then backed out and left us searching again.

The people in charge of this are amazing. They truly care about their tenants and will work with you if you are having financial troubles and need time to get things in order.

Clean units, free of flooding. Nice staff, they give a courtesy call before they lock up your unit if you forget to pay your bill.
