Jack was very friendly and patient, went over options for parts, and was open and honest about what things on my car could be fixed but wouldn’t have any effect on the drivability of the car if I chose not to. Being a woman, I am always even more paranoid about taking my car to new places, but I found a place I will continue to return to.
