Absolutely amazing service from Mike & Rob. They were able to get me fitted and ordered on a 24-hour notice. I would strongly recommend checking them out, before your big box Tux shops. Thank you, guys, so much for all that you do! I look forward to working with you again and again.

Needed some clothes for a wedding with short notice. I live an hour away and they didn't have my size for what I needed but they were able to get it all in on time and the manager Mike, who happened to live nearby, was kind enough to bring it to my house. Huge thank you to Mike and black tie and their excellent customer service!

Couple days before the wedding got all grooms and groomsmens outfits, they assured me everything was there. The day before the wedding groom went to look at his outfit and his shirt was missing. And instead of trying to be helpful Black tie blamed us for loosing it and then said they had 2 shirts that might fit they brought him 3 sizes to big! We ended up having to go buy a shirt, then they wouldn't reimburse any of our money. And lied saying they showed me everything which they did NOT! Do not make our mistake and use this place that was horrible service and no attempts to make it right on a day that can already be stressful!

I ordered a vest from here and was told a week or so. It's been over a month and they said they would have to call the supplier and see. They have shirts that are 9 months out still. I'm very displeased.

Outstanding customer service. I walked in on a very busy Saturday morning ()without an appointment))I was searching for a couple pieces for my son’s prom for the very same night. The gentleman helping me did NOT make me feel rushed, he listened to my ideas and I felt like I struck gold with the pieces that were available on such short notice. The gentleman helping me actually took the extra minute or two to press the shirt for me.(even though the store was full of customers) I would definitely recommend black-tie tuxedo and costume shop for all your formal wear needs. I will be back for sure.
