Had a nice experience with Cody at the Mt. P. Store yesterday. I had completely locked my self out of my Samsung galaxy 35 -5 g phone. Having exhausted all the resources I knew of, online resources, u-tube , friends and family. I'm not very techknowledgable!
I was referred to the B.+ store.
I have been forwarned that a default reset coul loose everything that had not been backed up!, I had not done that...
After a few tweaks Cody was able to get in, helped me with Biometric stuff and checked on contacts etc. ALL HAD BEEN STORED IN THE Cloud.!,,
I believe thanks to Dennis the service person at Mt.P. Spectrum that set the phone up when purchased May 18,2024. A Grand experience for this 81year old! Linda Thompson

Not happy at all ordered a new key fob for my vehicle and paid for it go to pick it up the next day to walk in to the employee saying we can’t make them or program them when online it states none refundable programming fee then goes to tell me he can’t even find the key to sell me to get it cut and programmed myself all around very upset for my time and money wasted not even contacted about the issue either but got texted my order was being worked on smdh

I had to replace the six batteries in my EZ GO golf cart and Brent, the Manager, was excellent! I called at least six other battery stores and Brent was by far the most friendly and knowledgeable of anyone I spoke with! I went to the store and Chris helped me load everything and I had many questions, which Brent answered, and gave me a lot of guidance, as to how to maintain these batteries for the most longevity. I just retired as the longest standing Board member of the Michigan Better Business Bureau, at 26 years. I personally would rate the service that I received from both Brent and Chris a big A+!!

Brought my phone here with a broken screen, was still getting messages and calls, screen still lit up and everything, just the touch function didn't work. They quoted me 270 dollars, ended up being 350 and the phone didn't work afterward. Wouldn't recognize a sim card anymore. Took it back, waited a week for a call back, nothing. Finally had time to stop in again, here they put the old screen back on without asking me what I want to do. Took 5 days to get the refund, and my phone is completely wiped of all data. The ONLY thing they could have done worse is they actually refunded me. Never ever going back here. Horrible lack of service or competence.

They will not honor their own shelf prices and are completely ignorant of state laws and regulations. Also treat customers with disrespect. Won't do business here ever again....

I recently got my phone screen repaired here, they got me in quickly and completely the repair quickly. The staff kept me super well informed about everything and were pleasant to work with. 10/10

While they didn't have what I needed they were able to order it for drop shipping staff while seeming new was great and patient.
