We were at the store this past weekend. We initially wanted to see if we could get a diagnostic scan on our vehicle. We found out that was an option. When leaving our vehicle wouldn't start. While trying to jump the battery ourselves, Damian came outside to see if we needed assistance and offered to check the battery. He let us know the battery was actually bad. He recommended a tow company and a couple auto shops to have our vehicle towed to that he trusts. This was so helpful because we are newer to the area and didn't know the best places to go. We chose AutoLab and they have been wonderful to work with. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend this establishment!

Needed a windshield wiper replaced with no knowledge of how to do so, and they helped me pick out a brand and showed me how to fit it properly to my car. Great staff!

Erika is the best person I have interacted with at any of the auto parts stores here in mt pleasant. I told her my issue (small leak in radiator or something in that area) and she gave me a solution that I have not gotten anywhere else, and she’s the 4th person (first woman though) in total I’ve talked to about this. She deserves a bonus and a vacation.

Keith Parker did an amazing job helping me out. My battery had died due to my alternator being dead and he graciously helped me out. So thankful that he helped me right away!
