Took a little bit to get service, had to go ask questions at the desk, but once someone helped us, things went well. Purchased a mattress set and frame. Was able to easily finance.

Visited ABC this week. Had a good assortment, but upon entry I immediately advised the salesperson what I was there for and that I wanted to browse the store and that if I was interested in buying what I came there for I would come get them. I didn't want to be let's say, bothered.
Not 2 minutes later the exact person I asked to not bother me was right there pushing hard on their sales pitch.
I immediately told them we were still looking and didn't want to be bothered. They however continued as if they couldn't get off the sales pitch. Like it was an addiction they couldn't walk away from.
Two other sales people and then a Mgr., came up to us with the Mgr. in my opinion being very pushy and borderline disrespectful with the way they were trying to get a sale.
It was like we were a bloody piece of meat amongst a pack of hungry Hyeenas.
In the end even though we did want to purchase an item we walked out not buying anything as we remembered the salesperson in the previous store completely respecting us and letting us browse as we asked.
If someone asks to leave them alone, drop the sales pitch and leave them alone. We won't be back.

Jason is the best. Wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable, gets you what you really need and not just to up sell but to make the customer happy. I drove from saginaw and the show room is so nice, we'll worth the drive.

My wife and I went to ABC Warehouse to buy a washer and dryer. Our Salesman Lana gave us a great deal on the Electrolux set she thought was the best in the store. We have used them for a few days now and we are very impressed. Lana got us financing and she even gave us a beautiful lamp as a house warming gift after we told her we just moved into our new house. She made us feel welcomed and she took good care of us. We highly recommend her. Thank you Lana Packman!!
