If I could leave no stars I absolutely would. Been texting these people since Friday to pay my freaking bill, responded to the automated bill pay and NO ONE can collect a payment?! How incompetent and unprofessional can you be that you can’t be bothered to collect YOUR OWN PAYMENT ON TIME????? But Ryan can call and offer me MORE furniture in the midst of it all? Like bffr. And when you address a concern, all of a sudden no one can be reached and no messages can be responded to. Most pathetic business I’ve ever done. If you can, go to Big Sandy or RAC like I should have done ??♀️. Not worth the irritation.Edit: STILL no resolve 3/30.

What a joke we'll start with the manager Ryan he will share your personal information with everyone and anyone he can he had called my brother for 3 weeks without calling me at all my brother was nowhere on the contract it was me and my wife. Why would you or however could you divulge my personal information to anyone about what I'm doing through your rental company me and my wife rented the property not my brother. How can you why would you divulge someone else's information We signed our contract on the 28th of December it took them almost a month to deliver our property, they got here didn't want to bring nothing and it was too cold they said and too much snow for them and then they brought my TV in broken and hurried up and scrurrd out the door. I do have video of all this, I'm a medical marijuana patient and they were more worried about trying to get some of my marijuana than doing their job it's absolutely ridiculous..... No way should I have to wait almost a month for my property to be delivered after I've paid Ryan and Erica are the laughing stock of this company

The manager of the store loves to play god with peoples lives and accounts. This store will use the same tactics crack dealers use to get more money out of you and force commitments. I told them I worked 3erds and they would call at 9 am while sleeping to coerce statements and commitments about the furniture. I would not go here unless you have to like me and even then your going to regret it entirely just like I did after all the harassments and rude conversations from Arona management and staff.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable. He answered every question we had regarding renting to own. We found a wonderful couch that was perfect for our home. The couch was used and once setup I sat on one end of the couch and the leg broke. They did come and pick up the couch after we said we did not want it.

We have been renting from arona home essentials for almost a year we had ordered 3 mattresses which we got 2 that were brand new the third one was supposed to be too but it was used. We ordered the twin over full bunk beds which we did get. Also, ordered the platform bed frame for our bed and they never brought it to us, they brought us a cheap flimsy metal frame to this day we are still asking when we are going to get our platform frame and we have heard twice in a few days it will be available. Here's the real kicker we have made over $1,300-$1,400 total so far. We've made at least $600 cash and they apparently have no record of any cash payments made. Only the $700-$800 we have paid on our cards. So they are saying we still owe them an outrageous amount of money. We have asked for receipts for months they always say they are sent to the email and they have never been. Finally we get our recipetd through the mail and no they show no cash payments which we made a cash payment on delivery for $25 another cash parent when they came to our home for $200 another for $100 and another for $200 they have recently come to take everything because we were behind $70 but that was because our cash payments were never received from the men that had come to our house. I never got their names but I remember exactly what they look like.Also, they have lied to me abput my wife having our cards taken off file. Which she never did I do not recommend this place at all they are sketch! Worst place I have been to for rent to own in my entire life and I'm almost 40 years old. Do not trust these guys! They are scammer! The things are not worth the money you put out plus you spend more because they don't count cash payments

I have had nothing but issues with these guys and I took over a buddy of mines surround system over and took the payments over I switched everything in my name the system was bought at the arona in midland and all the payments were switched over in April I made a payment of 150.00 on it and only owe 3 more payments on it and im done but this month I have been struggling bad and normally I would pay out of my ssi and had them switch it too the 3rd of every month well I had trouble with my bank and I talked too Erica and she was so nasty and rude too me and treated me horrible I don't like that and it don't look good on the business and too say that I will be calling cooperate on them
