“Office guy didn't quite know what he was doing, in regards to the computer work required to obtain the rental. I ended up having to do it all myself on my phone, and provide him with confirmation numbers, etc. A little annoying.
They tried to argue with me a little, but we quickly figured it out.

“Took my CDL test here and rented a truck from them. I failed the first 2 times I took the test but the tester had good reason. Terry and Brian are good guys to test with and will help you where they are allowed to. Craig and Michelle in Grand Rapids who you talk to make appointments are also good people and are willing to help. Through this testing experience I was ready to give up even after the first time, it's not easy, but get training and don't give up.”
