“This was my first time bringing my car into Tuffy! The work seemed very thorough, and the mechanic even threw in a pair of wiper blades for free. I had to bring my car back in a few days later to have the tires retorqued. I told them I had noticed a new noise, and they were happy to look at it immediately and figured out what was going on without charging me anything additional. Friendly staff and quick service!”

The only reason it got a 4 star instead of 5 is because we waited for 15 plus minutes before someone even came over to see why we were there (signs posted to stay in the car). And I get it they are busy, however, it takes 2 seconds to come over and acknowledge that we are there to say "hey I'm finishing this up, and I'll be right with you".”
“The people here are great! Every time I've been here for the lift, tires and rims and preventive maintenance they keep you up to date and explain in detail. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my truck with the work they have done! I would recommend them to anyone I know. Keep up the good work! “Came in after work, and talked to Connor. I was having issues with my tire pressure and thought I needed a new tire. He was able to find out it was just a leaky valve and fixed it for 10$! He could’ve easily just told me I needed a new tire and I would’ve bought one and never bated an eye. I appreciate the honesty and service, I will continue to give my business to them!”

They noticed other things wrong with the truck that I already knew was wrong but didn't ask them to fix so to me that seems like respect . Nice to talk to. “There was no two hour wait like other places. Small business, very friendly. There was a problem with the credit card reader. I have never been there before. “I had to have the tailgate replaced on my Silverado pickup truck. Drove in to the dealership one week to show them, got a call in a few days to tell me the new tailgate was painted and ready to install, so I pulled into the dealership and as I was enjoying my free cup of coffee I saw the body shop manager pulling my pickup truck up to show me the new tailgate installed. Perfect paint match. I paid and I was on my way in minutes. Thanks Applegate !!!”
“I cannot thank Aaron enough for what he did for me. He's an absolute amazing person and he deserves the recognition. When I say nobody has done anything this nice for me I mean it. 10/10 he's an exceptional person. I will definitely be back to this location to get more tires this is probably the best tire shop around Genesee county. The workers are very helpful and always go the extra mile for you without you even asking. Great service I was in and out in a decent amount of time. This discount location is the best one around Genesee county in my experience. I can't speak for other locations because I've only had tires out on at this location. Definitely recommend this location. Service is excellent.”
“This is the ONLY place I’ll come for an oil change! The staff has always been very friendly. Service is always quick. Even when they are busy, they take time to make sure each customer is taken care of. I’ve seen them handle escalated customers without getting stressed or upset. Had a conversation with 3 other customers while we waited and all agreed that the customer service is top notch. 10/10 recommend to any and everybody! Way to go Monro!”
“They did a fabulous job!! They beat their quoted time to fix my problem. They are friendly and don't tell ya that you need all that stuff like other repair shops try to sell ya! That was a blessing. Like muffler man on Davison road. But, beware, they are very busy abs will take a little bit of time to get you in. They are honest with you which is rare nowadays!Thank you, Finish line auto! “Made an appointment here to get used tires I purchased online, after being told by places like Tuffy in Clio that it wasn't possible. Not only did Discount Tire have no issue with installing my used tires, they even offered to warranty them for a reasonable fee just like their new tires. On top of that the service advisor was able to get my wiper blades replaced without increasing the total cost. A+ customer service, they went above and beyond to get my vehicle in the best condition they could without me asking. Thank you Gavin.”
