Nobody came to the counter when I walked in. It took over 5 minutes for somebody to come up (wake up) from the back. Also they stop doing lottery at 11.

I used the carwash service & it completely skipped 2 cycles of the wash so my vehicle was not completely clean after spending $14.00. I was very unhappy with the service.
