Unprofessional as hell. Go with Itow. The owner doesn't care what his drivers do . They won't pick up the person with the vehicle.and they drive reckless.

Called 2 times this week alone.
The other day I had a tow truck driver at my place 5 minutes after the call. Super impressed. Tonight I had a customer lock keys in a car. I called general towing for a lock out, once again was out within 10 minutes. Couldn’t thank these guys enough. Highly recommend

I would give 0 if possible. I watched a large piece of glass come off of the top of a white Yukon they were towing (along with a truck behind it) and shattered and broke our front windshield. Thankfully, my husband was able to brake without anyone behind us and avoid it coming straight through our windshield with us and our kids. It also chipped the paint off of our hood but we were being gracious and asked only for our windshield to be fixed. After countless times of them telling us a manager would get in touch (after our calls only, not theirs) they told us nothing was missing and nothing could be done. Thank God we weren't in a convertible or on a motorcycle because we would've been dead. I wouldn't trust anything I own with this company and if I see them on the road I will make sure I'm nowhere near them.

Outstanding service! I needed a tire change. And of course my new vehicle didn't have what I needed so that I could do it on my own. Didn't even have the tool to lower my spare down. With some ingenuity Albert made it happen and got me on my way. Thanks Al you the man!

I needed a tow,,, it was a super busy day for them due to the bad weather and snow,, I was given a time and they completed it in half the time. Super nice driver! Dropped my car off and put it in a perfect spot as to not block any other cars in the driveway! 100% recommend!!! Thanx guys!!
