Terrible customer service. Called 3 days in a row attempting to receive a quote. Gave me the run around saying he was not by his computer and could not quote my work. Asked me to call back on a later date. Eventually told me "If you're so smart, you should do the work yourself". Ridiculous. I wouldn't even take my lawn mower to them.

Called for a quote on valve seals. He had me call him back for 4 separate times never once was prapared with a quote or could give me any helpful information on getting my vehicle fixed. Probably the worst customer service ive ever had at a automotive shop. Very unprepared

My equinox broke down and everywhere else wanted an astronomical price to fix it. This place fixed it for less than half of what every other place wanted. The men working were so kind and helpful. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never made a review for Mechanics, nor trusted one ! Lol but these are not your regular mechanics. I am grateful to be customer. SOO many refused to change the head gasket on my Jeep (Grand Cherokee Hemi) real work. But he was kind and willing to help. When I pick my Jeep up, I can already trust they will have it all taking care of. Look no further go see them!!!!

They have "The Golden Mechanic"
Working out of that garage. Best mechanical automobile work around. Trustful. When they say your vehicle will be done, it is.
