My lug nuts were replaced on my Jeep, the bill shows that is all they did but when I got into my car all of the lights on the dashboard were on. We confronted them and nothing was done. Thinking perhaps the sensors were disconnected somehow I let it go. The following day I drove it about an hour and the entire front end started to shake uncontrollably. I pulled over to a gas station and when I applied pressure to the brakes the underneath of the car felt like it was going to disconnect, cracking and popping sounds galore. I’m not sure what they did, but it clearly wasn’t just the $240 charge for removing and replacing lug nuts. I am absolutely appalled and sick to my stomach as to what has happened. My perfectly fine vehicle is now being towed home from Detroit because of Kerns! Shame on this company!

I was referred by the auto parts store down the road. When I arrived I informed the person behind the counter that I needed a tire repair and that it was leaking badly enough that I could hear it leaking. With just a nod for acknowledgement she said "tell {not sure who she said} we need a tire repair". She informed me someone would be out shortly. About 15 minutes later an older gentleman appeared outside putting a tire on another vehicle. Once he had successfully put their tire on he came over and proceeded to fight with getting my tire off. It had gone completely flat while we waited for him and he had a hard time jacking up my minivan. It wound up requiring 2 jacks before he could actually get my tire off because my van was sitting so low. I honestly hope they're paying him more than minimum wage.

I was very busy trying to get things organized for the weekend for a road trip I stopped in to have things checked over just quickly and they actually took the time of day to look into my vehicle and make sure things were safe I feel good because they spotted a heater hose it could have gone wrong and I'm thankful because that would have caused me to potentially ruin my engine if the hose broke they treated me Fair and got me on my way even though I had no appointment sometimes good people are just good people

Great people and great service. They changed my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee tires and had me in and out quickly and did it for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend calling them if you need any kind of service done to your vehicle.
