We had our wedding here last Saturday and, honestly, it could not have gone any better. Since the day we booked the venue, Cyndi went above and beyond for us to make our day special. The food is great, the staff is diligent and kind, and the place is gorgeous for the price. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue for what we were looking for. Perfect venue for any occasion. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is amazing and plentiful. The patio area looks so beautiful especially at night when it's lit up. Would recommend for any event.

Amazing Venue! Absolutely beautiful place for a wedding and reception. SADLY in the blink of an eye can make a bride cry when you don't have enough tables and chairs for guests set up. Then to find out they are changing up your menu because they didn't prepare enough food either. :/

Very nice establishment clean and decorative. Employees were friendly. The only down side with the exception of the green beans, the food was undercooked. The roast beef was undercooked as well as the baked potatoes and chicken.

Beautiful location. But the people working weren't very friendly and was kinda rude to the host family of the wedding. The food was "ok" at best. Thank God the wedding and their party was absolutely beautiful.

They deserve NO STARS. If I could post this with 0 stars I would. They treated my auntie wedding party HORRIBLY. We purchased so much liquor in gallons and the bartender my aunt paid for from them served FULL CUPS of nothing but liquor, she said so they can go ahead and get rid of the liquor. Not to mention from the day of rehearsal the wife was VERY RUDE and short with us as if she was annoyed, she had the same exact attitude if not worst the day of the wedding. We paid her for the brides room and the room was nasty, it hadn’t been cleaned and had all types of condemns in there still. The plates and bowls were very nasty. It was good residue left in the plates I had to go to the restroom and get wet napkins to try and clean them(but that didn’t help) it was as if the food had been stuck on the plates for years or they were pulled from storage after sitting years. My aunts cousin had the top from the string beans can in her food and all they could say was they opened a lot of string beans. Someone had paper in their food. They didn’t want us there from the looks of things and I hate to pull the racial card but that’s exactly what it seemed to me. They didn’t want to serve us because we were African American. All of the staff(well mainly to two older women) were very unpleasant. The water they provided us taste like old faucet water and the pitchers were dirty with black pieces floating inside of them. They wanted us out of there so badly that they even threw away the whole wedding party’s wedding programs that were left at our seats for us as well as our dessert with lids still on them untouched. We also had dessert that were still left in the kitchen that they said they brung out but the dessert lady never seen them bring them out. So that makes me think they took them. I’d never go back here nor recommend this place to a soul. Be blessed.

We had our wedding here on Saturday the 17th and we were absolutely horrified by the ownership and staff. First the staff and owner were taking the cupcakes that we brought and bringing them into the kitchen before the guests even got any, one of the owners/managers was drunk to the point you could smell it on him and visibly tell, the female owner was rude to us and our photographer and tried to control where we did our photos, a staff member was rude to the guests upon arrival and we had previously discussed just getting dressed in the bridal room and when we got there they said we didn't tell them that and it was not clean yet they still wanted to be paid for a dirty room. We had rave reviews for the dinner however the reviews of the late night snack was compared to dog food! Do not get me wrong it's a beautiful place to get married however not even close to worth the headache!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!?

While the food was good, it’s nothing more than a glorified VFW hall. Presentation of the food was horrible. Quiche served by staff out of aluminum pie tins, 2 huge bowls of gray matter chicken and tuna salad- which was which was a good guess, with a tray of croissants cut in half next to it. Brunch consisted of quiche, two salad sandwiches, a tossed salad and fruit salad. That is not a brunch. When I mentioned it to the owner he basically said we should have done the lunch. But we didn’t want roast beef, potatoes for noon on Sunday. Owner bartended and put a tip jar out for himself but first put several $5 bills it in. Unused tables were set up in corner / at least they had tablecloths on them, so the hall is not set up for your function. There was a wedding table with a backdrop set up, and this was a funeral function.Outside patio is a nice idea, but chairs were wet dirty and had cob webs.We only went here because of the location abs I heard the food was good- which it was. But remember you get what you pay for.

My family has hosted at least 15-20 Christmas parties here almost every year for the past two decades. I've also attended multiple weddings/misc. events here as well, one of the most recent was my best friends wedding shower. The food, accomadations, and staff has never failed to impress me. I would highly recommend this venue! Indoor room comforatably holds 100-150 (max). They also have an incredible outdoor section that would be an amazing addition to any event (weather permitting).

Very beautiful place I really enjoyed myself there. Great atmosphere friendly staff and good food. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the restrooms were uncomfortably small. Other than that I would love to come back.

Nice location, fairly small & intimate hall. The food was pretty much the standard banquet hall food : chicken, pasta with meat sauce, potatoes, ham rolls and salad. Nothing exceptional, but I've had worse.

Exceptional banquet center and catering. Food was the perfect temperature and delicious. The place was clean and can hold about 100 people. And there’s a waterfall and a fire pit here. The parking is a little strange but wouldn’t detouring me from coming and having another event here.

From the very beginning we had a wonderful experience with the Riverhouse staff. Then the day of our wedding, our experience went far better than we could have ever anticipated. Our coordinator, Cyndi was consistently on top of things throughout our ceremony/cocktail hour. We could not have asked for a better team to work with. Venue looked incredible and food was delicious. We received many compliments on the food.
