The Olmstead team is the best of the best in their line of work. They're nothing but professional, determined, and helpful! My broker Madeara Barger did all the heavy lifting managing to snag me a policy that made my previous look like a good night in Vegas. 10/10 customer service ,I highly recommend.

Madeara Barger provides unmatched customer service. Our policies were terminated since we sold some properties. One of the pleasures of owning them was the business relationship established with Madeara. She was always ready to take care of us and did so with the most professional, positive attitude. She will be the first person I call for a new policy.

Rick @ Olmstead insurance group really helped me out. Being a new small business owner, I was uneducated to how to correctly and legally get going and he simplified things so that I understood and helped dot the i's and cross the t's. We love Laura! She is always so kind and PATIENT with us when we call with questions, and always so willing to go above and beyond to help! The entire agency is also similar to this with their customer service, how refreshing in today’s world! We have to believe that Rick, the founder of Olmstead Agency, is very proud of his group as well. Great job, keep it up! Changing Insurance policies on a good day is never easy. This company made it so much easyer ( I.E. Laura !!!! ) She is personable kind , not hurried, but most of all Informative with a great knowledge of her products. If all in the office are as helpful as she is its no wonder they have such a high rating.
