Purchasing a vehicle from Mashburn Motors has been a wonderful experience. Kevin politely answered all my questions regarding the investment with great detail. The car arrived via enclosed transport with extra care taken with a car cover- it looked like it just came out of make ready. The driver was very professional as well and took extra measures to ensure I was happy upon inspection. I’m very thankful for the great experience. Special thanks to Anthony for taking the time to get things rolling. It is much appreciated and I’m very happy.

Mashburn Motors approached me through an ad I placed in Autotrader. They were interested in purchasing my car. They came to me. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy it was to work with them. Anthony was friendly, efficient, dependable, and professional.

I have been searching for about 6 months for my next vehicle. I came across a nice looking 2007 Saturn Ion and saw that it only had 83,000 original miles on it. I started looking closer and thought it looked like a really clean car. I reached out through the website to see if it was still available. Kevin emailed me right back, and when I called, Kevin answered. This is different than my recent experiences at other dealerships. Usually, I get an internet liaison who just tells me to come in and drive the car that I am looking at. Kevin emailed me back. Kevin answered my phone call, and Kevin was the salesman at the dealership when I arrived. When I first talked to Kevin on the phone, I commented that the car looks really clean and kind of asking if he can confirm that. He stopped me and asked if I knew about this dealership. I said No, I just came across this ad online. He proceeded to tell me that they specialize in ultra clean, low mileage, very nice cars. This sounded good to me so I went to the dealership and I test drove the car. I fell in love with it. This is like a time capsule from 2007. It is basically a brand new car. I knew right away that I was going to buy it. After my test drive, I tried to pull out cash to put a deposit on the car. Kevin stopped me and extended his hand to shake mine and says that we do handshake deals here. He promised not to sell the car on me while I worked out the final details on the purchase for a few days. I came back a few days later to finalize the deal. The car was still there as Kevin promised, and the rest is history. I have put 2000 miles on the car so far and I am in love with this gem of a ride. The next time I am looking for a vehicle, I think I am going to exclusively look at Mashburn Motors. Their cars are clean and low mileage, and just plain nice. If they are not in outstanding condition, then they are not offered for sale at Mashburn. Thank you Kevin. This is truly a dealership above and beyond the others. I am so glad that I came across this dealership. I have found my go-to car dealership.
By the way, he gave me a tour of his indoor warehouse where he keeps his really nice cars. I was in awe of how nice these cars are. Knowing what I know now, there would be no hesitation on my part to purchase a car sight unseen from Mashburn. Kevin is honest and trustworthy. I saw their cars, and they are all very nice and just as advertised.
