i rented my last home through this company and it was honestly the worst rental experience i’ve ever had. they don’t answer the phones or emails. the house i moved into was absolutely disgusting when i moved in and all around it was just a terrible experience. if you are considering moving into one of their homes, don’t do it!

I applied for a listed property by Key 3 Property Management Group on Monday. I requested a showing and no phone call back. I completed the application and sent proof of income, no phone call back. I left several voicemail messages about the status and no call back. I have an excellent credit score, no pets and they have no idea what terms I would propose. They emailed me that someone was interested in a move-in date about 2 weeks before me. Seems a bit short sighted since that is all they know. To the owner of Carrington Pl in HT. They are doing you a huge disservice by not considering all applicants. I am a past landlord myself. Not going to lease from Melissa S at all. Very unprofessional. Would like my $39 back from background check. Terrible service!!!

Please! Please! Please! If you are considering key 3 property management as your landlord.. reconsider! Take it from someone who rented a home from them over a year. They are the most unprofessional company I ever met. They don’t answer there phones. They will move you in a home that’s doesn’t have working appliances, windows that don’t open, and can never pass city inspection. The home I lived in for over a year leaked carbon monoxide poison from the furnace that wasn’t discovered until months later during a city inspection. Went almost the entire summer and part of fall with no working heat. The city has been out 5 times to see if issues with home were resolved.. not! It was only just last month that they decided to fix issues with the home that has been a issue last year. The contractors and maintenance people they send out are unprofessional and just patches up the issues instead of fixing it. I am a tenant that has never been late for rent, try to take care of this whole in the wall home, but still have experience problem after problem with the home. I could go on about this management company. Please trust the reviews of the other people that have dealt with this company. Don’t rent from key 3! You will regret it! I’m regretting it now! So glad I only 3 months left to deal with them!

they never respond and if they do they are very rude. None of our problems are being fixed. they are never in the office. if you go check it's vaccant. look around seriously before you let them manage your property. most unprofessional people specifically Melissa and Stiffanie

I stayed at one of there properties for about 5 months and lived with no heat and rodents and they didn’t fix the problems and pretended to fix the issues. They sent someone out twice to look at the furnace but they didn’t even check the furnace and tried to charge me and I was still without heat. I wouldn’t recommend renting out a property from them. They are slum lords. I don’t even see how the home I was staying in was up to code. And to solve the rodent issues they glued up pieces of wood to stop the rodents from chewing on the foundation of the home
