Been banking here over 40 yrs.. helped with a overdraft.. witch was not my fault.. they erased the charge.. been referring people for a long time.. employee's pleasant..and I never had a problem and easy access to my account.. even when their power went out I got my money withdrawn. everyone should try huntington,they won't be sorry

I just got off the phone with one of the most pleasant Huntington Bank associates I've ever spoken with! I called in for a dispute issue, mind you, while I was talking to the company involved in the dispute. Patience J. answered the call and immediately I could tell she was something special. I talk to a lot of people over the phone dealing with various types of issues. I've never had a more memorable experience than talking with Patience J.. Sometimes I wish I had the ability to speak to the same person I've talked with in the past. I honestly can't express it enough. She absolutely made my day!! Thanks Patience J.!

When you ask them to expedite a card and they said they did it when they didn’t. Probably was some extra steps they didn’t want to do. Everyone was insanely rude right off the bat. Terrible. 0 stars if I could.

Our mom just died and we went in to execute some documents. We were met with the rudest black lady I’ve ever met. She gave the most minimal info possible, when I asked her to repeat something she glossed over super fast she even said rude and angrily “I already told you sir” then gave me a humph when I asked her to repeat herself. Worst experience ever at a bank in my life

Went here to open up a bank account with my significant other, and the manager Lee was wonderful! He was so well informed and was very patient with my questions. Everyone was super friendly. I’ve banked with Huntington before but it’s been a couple years and the old Huntington i went too was not nearly as friendly as this location. So i highly recommend this one.

Only bank that answers questions go any other Huntington Goodluck!! They NEVER pick up this place helps Victoria is Amazing! She knows every question and you will get the right answers. Kiesha is also great and so is Carlton. But speak to Victoria she knows and had many many years of bank expierence.
