Very incompetent , Rude and do not know how to deal with Medicare and secondary insurance. I went to Sheldon Medical and was treated with respect and prompt service. I had a score of 4.5 and was told Medicare would not pay for My CPAP. Sheldon Medical equipment informed me that the 4.5 is an average over an eight hour sleep. Therefore Medicare allows you to round up, so SHELTON rounded up to five and I’m not having any issues at all. Heart MEDICAL took three weeks And could not Get it approved. SHELTON did it in one day. Also I explained to them on April 2 that I was going out of town on April 22. It is now The 16th and Sheldon said I could get it before the 22nd. People whatever you do do not use Hart Medical I have had 27 surgeries orthopedic and have had nothing in the past from Hart Medical but a hard time my wife was a nurse for 36 years. We never seen anything like this. Sheldon is the place to go.
