For most of my past 10 years with Group Golfer has been pretty good. Some good deals, and supportive staff. But I am now done with them. I have had a recent issue with an expired voucher, and the customer service has been non supportive. Practically no acknowledgement or understanding of my situation. It has been 3 weeks since my first contact and I still can't get answers. I asked if they could tell me HOW a course came up with it's promotional value, and I still have no answer. They are locked into their business partner. End of story. And my end to being a Group Golfer subscriber.

Timely and friendly support.Pandemic of last couple years caused lots thing out of planned track, especially for golfing. Groupgolfer provide quick refund to me with purchase even 4 years ago, after an golf club unable to accept the vouchers.

Friendly and responsive customer service. I created my own problem when I purchased golf vouchers 6 weeks ago. GG had me straightened out in 10 minutes! Thanks for your help, keep taking care of us and we will take care of you.

Extremely poor customer service with no sense of compassion. The two vouchers I purchased had stipulations that made it confusing and misleading when I tried to use them. Customer Rep from GroupGolfer was not willing to make any exceptions and refused to provide a refund. Will not use this site again.

I purchased a groupgolfer coupon, but I misunderstood how the coupon could be used at the golf course/hotel. I talked to the GroupGolfer Support team and they were very responsive in working with me to resolve the misunderstanding. Excellent Service!!

Very disappointed w/ both Group Golfer and their counterpart Premier Sports Simulators in the response to my vouchers. I have called numerous times with no resolve due to the temporary closing from COVID and no response from Sean @ PSS. I will now dispute the charges on my CC to get a full refund. Have had other success w/ Group Golfer in the past.

I recently purchased a group golfer deal for Cobra irons, after playing a few rounds (4-6 tops!) I decided to clean the clubs. The first club I noticed one of the ferrules had started to pull/gap away from iron head, upon further inspection, every iron has begun to do so at varying degrees.I emailed at least 3 times providing pictures, no response!I called, first time the gentleman I spoke too said someone else handles these concerns and would get back to me soon.Second call, gentleman again says, “someone will be in contact”Third call, gentleman now says he will contact vendor and get back to me.Forth call, gentleman says, “oh sorry, I haven’t sent that over yet, I do them all at once.”Fifth call, no answer left a voicemail.......let’s see what happens next!I have been very nice and patience, but I’m finding it hard to continue to do so!

Great deals and just wish that GroupGolfer would provide some possible method for goods to be shipped to Canada, even if doing so means that ANY & ALL shipping costs must be paid by the buyer. Apparently, this used to be possible, but there were too many issues. One solution is to update the FAQs about "internationally shipped items", stating that ANY & ALL shipping costs must be paid by buyers from Canada. At the moment, the FAQ states that goods will be shipped internationally, which is actually not true.
