When I tried to sell my switch to them, the gentleman at the counter was very rude and told me he would buy it for $40 when they don’t have anything switch related and won’t give me the money that it’s worth!!’ Don’t ever go here!!!

The owner or whoever spoke to me is a total asshole. Proceeded to waste my time and low ball me, while trying to make me feel stupid(while sounding like an idiot himself). Place is completely trashed and smells like garbage. Don't come here.

Brought in a 0.75 diamond earring (twin was lost). I was told it’s not real and he doesn’t see any imperfections and blah blah! Maybe because it’s a quality diamond?! I took it down the street and was told it’s in fact real, and has very little flaws and offered a decent amount. I was felt shamed for bringing in such an item. I’m never going back here again.

They aren't certified to deal jewelry or handle gems they weight gold on a gas station w33d scale all the stock is 10+ years old and they will do there best to rip you off every time while insulting you. If it wasn't open to launder the old man's money they'd have been boarded up like they're first location

Dude totally tried scamming me offered me $90 for a gold chain that I took down the street and was offered $300 for I will never go back here and I highly recommend no one take anything there unless you want to get next to nothing so glad I didn't take his offer , place is a complete scam don't know how they stay open go to cash exchange down the street if you want a fair offer

I've tried 4 or 5 different Saturdays to go there and they have always been closed. They'll have a hand written note taped to the door, saying they're closed for some reason.I go to different pawn shops once or twice a month to look for guitar gear. I'm done trying to work this one in.

Very rude customer service on the phone by Brian when was just inquiring about pawning a older TV n hung up on me... Very unprofessional n down right disrespectful if ask me.. if don't like ur job get a new one or take some classes on how to be a better human being on common courtesy when wasn't rude or disrespectful to him in any way shape or form smh horrible in my opinion.
