This place is Horrible!! Customer service is horrible . I had appointment mind you she change appointments time twice and I get there at the time of appointment and she like the braider wasn't ready . So I waited an hour 15min . And soon as I pull off she like now she ready after an hour and 15min . No thank you! No common courtesy at all . NEVER AGAIN........

Very poor customer service! I loved going there when the original owner was living. She always worked with me and did my hair ,I walked in Saturday The stylist looked at my hair and then we discussed the price for micro lock retie but then then she said, call the number to make an appointment. It was the same number as the shop. I couldn't understand why they couldn't tell me when I could came in the actual day !I called two or three days straight, no one answered. No one called me back; after telling me to leave my name and number, and they said they could do it on Tuesday. I guess my money wasn't good enough thank God I was able to find someone more professional.!

Made an appointment, showed her the style I wanted...calls me a few days before my appt to see if I can come in the day before or the following week...then she says well the braider can't do the style u want!! Reading the reviews made me see I dodged a bullet...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

My girlfriend spent $180 to have her hair braided by these so call professionals whom charged her $165 and she gave them a tip of $15, the braids didn't even last 2 weeks, they started falling out, when asked if they would repair the outcome they said they would call to setup an appointment, never received a call, now after 2 months they are offering her $82 back claiming that it's half for the services they offer, well they should give all of her money back because of their screw up. I'm giving them a poor rating because they said they would call and fix it but they didn't.

Horrible phone service,they’re not committed to they word of customer service at all.F&A beauty supply only cares about the money in they pocket not about black women and men coming to get a hair do or hair products and support a black owned business.Too small and too tight no room to even walk in .DNT CALL FOR APPOINTMENTS THEY ARE GOIN TO LIE AND NEVER GOING TO CALL U BACK much better at a spacious nice clean and welcoming environment.Do Better.

The lights were on & the fluorescent "open" light was on & blinking, but the doors were locked & no one was in sight. I got there 2 hours before the store supposed to closed. I even called the number I found here on Google just so I could support a black owned business.

They originally had two locations but I guess the other location on 23 mile is permanently closed because the rude lady who worked there is now at this beauty supply. I've been going to FA for 14 years now. But it was different Braiders this time when I got my 2 feed in braids, which only lasted 2 days top! Very disappointed. Guess I'll have to find a new Braider.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The lady told me she start locks so I went and she interlocked majority of my hair and I didn't ask for that. She blew me off on seeing me again and said I had to pay again to fix my hair. I was very disappointed. The energy she gave me should be put into cleaning that store. I will never go back and won't recommend.
