I panicked when discovering that my technical pens did not work and class was only two days away. The outstanding CSR at Du-All was able to provide a new pen, ink and cleaner via next day delivery and all were on sale. She was understanding, patient and provided wonderful service to this frazzled customer!! Highly recommend!
