“Last weekend, I was driving south on Gratiot when a blinking message came up on my Mini telling me to pull over as my car had overheated and to not open the hood. Looking for a place to pull over, I saw an auto repair place, so I pulled in.
They were just closing up shop after cleaning up their garage bays. One of the mechanics came over and I explained my dilemma. He was kind enough to open my hood, check out the coolant, add some coolant and check a few other things on the engine.
I thanked him profusely, and asked him how much I owed for the on-the-spot service. He refused to take any money from me, saying that he was happy to help out. I almost fell over!
I then looked up at the name of the business (Redline Automotive) and told him that I used to use a company named Redline Automotive that was located on Harper Avenue in St. Clair Shores and that I really missed them being available to service our family's cars.
Surprise, surprise - it turns out that they were the same Redline Automotive! They had moved to Mt. Clemens from their old location because of a landlord issue. I told him about our family's long history of service with Redline and how his willingness to help me out of a jam was just as I would have received many years ago when they were in St. Clair Shores.
The moral of the story? There are too few businesses left that truly care about customer service and treating their clients they way they want to be treated. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for an honest, reliable auto service center - go to Redline Automotive!!”

“I had a car shipped from out of state and it had some upper valve train noise that I recorded. I called Bruce at Heads Up and he asked if I could come right over. After seeing and listening to the video, he said there was an issue and he'd call when I could bring it in. The call came and once there he said he'd pull the valve covers and see what was going on. A few hours later, I get a call. I was expecting a bad news call. Instead, it was to tell me he was done and come get it. Valves and rocker arm adjustments and the valve train was quiet. I have found a place for any engine work I may need in the future. Thrilled with the honesty and outcome. Thank you Bruce.”

“Love this station! They cleaned it up very nicely & added a bunch of items. The convenience store rivals any other in the area. The gas is competitive & I know the tanks are fairly new, so it’s good gas. Never had any issues & I always buy gas here. Ali is a good guy & has hired very nice people.”

“I was driving around trying to find a open place to get an oil change, this place was supposed to open at 8, he opened a little later. I pulled up around 8:25 and as I was about to pull off, they were pulling in. I thought that the oil change was a little pricey however the service overall was done in a professional way. I was shown a large damaged screw from a previous oil change somewhere else and since he had one he replaced it for free. The little things matter to me especially when it comes to service. I was in and out in no time.”
“Had Superior Radiator Services test a fuel tank and Recore a copper brass radiator out of a 72 De Tomaso Pantera, They were did a very nice job. Very fair price and good turnaround time . Old school family business, Nice people. I drove 2 hours to utilize them Glad I did.”
