After my vehicle was involved in an accident, I did the convenient thing and got a collision repair estimate from a nearby car dealership (in Fenton). The estimate amount was $4771, and my anticipated wait for the vehicle to be worked on depended on whether I needed a loaner or not. Also, the estimated time of completion was 1.5 to 2 weeks in length. Two good friends of mine recommended that I make the drive to Montrose (35 miles away!) since they both had extremely positive experiences with Precise Auto Body & Frame. From my first contact with the business owner, Jeremy, I knew that I would be treated like a valued customer. He is so friendly and easy to work with! His estimate beat my local car dealership by more than $1000 (came in at $3619), he was able to start working on my vehicle as soon as he worked through the estimate details with my insurance company (within a week), I received a complimentary loaner vehicle, and the total time needed to complete the collision repair was 1 week! Also, when I picked up my vehicle, the inside had been completely vacuumed. I honestly felt like I was driving away a new vehicle. Obviously, without hesitation, I would encourage anyone to consider Precise Auto Body & Frame. Excellent service and quality, and very friendly/personal!

I'd say this is the place to go, had problem after problem even taking my truck to a shop. I called precise auto body and they said they could take care of me. I dropped my truck off at 10 a.m yesterday and he managed to do my brake lines, master cylinder, and most important my heat sensor that fixed my over heating problem!! That was all done in a matter of hours! Yes I was lucky on timing but I'm just very relieved to know my truck is finally fixed! Thank you to Precise Auto Body for getting this done for us so quickly!

Shout out to Jeremy for the fantastic job! My poor car was beat up pretty badly by the hail storm last month, and now it looks great! Jeremy worked with the insurance company to make it a smooth process. He has worked on my cars in the past, and has always been reliable, a great communicator about what's going on, and his work is always excellent. Highly recommend!

I called asking them if they could tell me what the noise my car was making could be they said yes i drive up there and it took me longer then i thought to get up there but the still came out and took a look checked my fluids my tires found out what the noise was and did all this with no charge how many mechanics would do this plus they didnt talk to me like i was some young d*** girl either im deff going back when needed

They did a great job replacing my windshield. Have had other windshields replaced with leaks etc. This one has been in almost a month and no problems with it. Also they were easy to work with. Definitely would recommend them!
