Bad service. Would not recommend getting your rotors turned here, and I will honestly never be going back for anything. couldn’t give
a time estimate in case they got busy while the store was completely empty. Fine. However, they call me 20 minutes before the store closed to pick them. I get home and inspect the rotors and they still have grooves in them and rust on areas where the brake pads would connect. When I take them back THE NEXT DAY because of their lack of urgency on day one, they treat me like I don’t understand how rotors and brakes work or should look. The people at the counter refuse to acknowledge that they could have done a better job originally and instead act completely annoyed that they have to deal with my problem again.

If you like old school knowledge and not the keyboard warriors at the chains, you found your home. Their customer service and knowledge has been top notch. One of their staff was a lunch when they got a rush of customers. He stopped eating, came up from the back to make sure we got served to get our rig back on the road! Great job team!
