Moved over a month ago, wasn't getting my mail even after the new address form was done. Then I get a letter in the mail saying I needed to bring in my ID to complete the process??? The guy did scan it when I dropped the form off the first time. The lady was really nice, no complaints there, but now I'm still not getting mail. These hours are completely ridiculous. You either go in late or leave early just to get there to fix a problem they made by not doing something right. Can't talk to anyone on the phone, of course. Last 2 places I moved had no issues with this and I seen my mail within the first week. This is a small town, do better for your community!

I have dealt with this location multiple times and they are always rude. They don't explain things it's usually a very short "no" answer for everything. Not helpful. Would recommend the Whitehall location more.

The new lady working there goes way and beyond to help us out. We mail a lot of packages for our online business and she’s so friendly and always assists us!

Mail constantly lost and damaged. "Do not bend, photos" shoved in the box. Packages shoved in to the point of destroying the contents.EVERYTHING dealing with money disappears (postal inspectors said "hopefully it'll eventually show up". )Lobby will close early without warning. Grumpy staff. I hate that this is where my mail goes.

They just make up there own hours and close early all the time. Just go to the Whitehall post office.

Be sure to ring the bell if there’s no one there. I didn’t see it at first. The lady that helped me was very friendly, helpful and informative about my shipping options. It was an easy transaction. Thank you!

Can’t say enough positive things about my family’s recent experience applying for a passport for our newborn here at the Montague Post Office. The post office employee who helped us went out of his way to accommodate us and our infant, who on multiple attempts just flatly refused to open her eyes for her passport photos! None of the suspected roadblocks to a successful passport application submission could get in this employee’s way! This post office has their act together — Kind employees, quick and professional service — even in this age of coronavirus precautions too! Many thanks for your service!

I have a Marine in CA and from time to time I send him care packages. I’ve dealt with the same extremely rude female post office worker more than once now, and today was the worst. Every time I go in there I have to wait, and eventually I ring the bell. I can hear her gossiping and complaining in the back but she sure takes her time coming out. I will not deal with this anymore, I will drive to Whitehall to send packages!
