No matter how long I wait to pick up my prescriptions after they are called in when I go to pick them up it’s always “they need about 30 more minutes”. If you don’t demand to get them when you get there they will just keep getting pushed further back. I have been told they need 30 more minutes multiple times in the same day, hours apart.

Usually I have a pretty good experience but this time I could not find the nail glue and I asked the lady at the desk and she kept pointing to the same place I was just at for 10 minutes trying to find it so I told her I couldn't find it right there and she said with a big attitude THEN WE ARE OUT!! Didn't even try to look herself or anything and it wasn't even busy what so ever! and I just thought it was super rude I called up there to get her name the lady that answered the phone was Sue. Not sure if it was sue or not but it was the lady at the main register not by the photos or pharmacy.

Tracy and her staff go above and beyond to help you with ANY prescription questions or problems. Tracy truly understands your need for certain scripts that you cannot go with out. I'm so glad I switched from another pharmacy that rhymes with Beijer..they wouldn't come anywhere close to the service that Tracy and her staff provide. Thank you Tracy and your team. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

store is very clean, organized never have problems finding anything. I personally have never had issues with any employees, they have never hesitated to ask if I need help with anything. I highly recommend shopping here. I also love the pharmacy staff very helpful and knowledgeable if theres any questions about medications be it prescriptions or over the counter. I will be a lifelong Walgreens customer.

I'm writing this review for my brother-in-law. He received a prescription from his doctor & went to Walgreen's, where he has been going for years to get his prescriptions filled. They told him that his insurance wasn't going to cover it. He asked how much was it. They told him $600!! He didn't have them fill it. Instead, he went back to his doctor & told him how much it was going to cost. The doctor said that couldn't be right because it was a generic. So my brother-in-law went over to Hometown Pharmacy on Monroe St & asked them how much would it be to get that prescription filled? They told him $60 & filled it for him. My brother-I -law was livid! He went back to Walgreen's & told them that the prescription that they were going to charge him $600 for, he just had filled at Hometown for $60! He told them that they would no longer be getting his business because of the price vouching! All I can say is SHP AROUND for your prescription drugs people!
