I like the honesty of the employees, particularly Andrew Dauer, Service Manager / Shane Frost Sales Manager / and Nick Murrary Service Advisor. I found that Jim Galofaro is listed today as the internet sales manager, but I found him to ignore emails and not return email inquiries. Mike Sterzer is the general manager. He emailed me and asked me how my appointment went with Shane Frost. When I answered him, I got a bounced email notice that Mike Sterzer had blocked me from contacting me. That was a real disappointment. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

We purchased a new Honda from Victory Honda of Monroe and could not have asked for a better buying experience. Our salesman, Mark Deters, was able to find the car that we wanted, dealer trade for it and have it delivered to us all in one day. Thank you Victory Honda of Monroe for for making this process so easy.

Way difficult to get warranty work done here. If it’s under warranty then repair if you get a dog and pony show from service call Honda directly. This place needs shut down.

While I have a difficult time posting a truly negative review, as I have had far worse customer service at other dealerships (Honda or otherwise), my experience here has not been the best, either. I have continually had to call back after having my '21 Civic serviced here to have my bill adjusted, as there were items on the invoice that should not have been there or discounts that were not applied properly. I will say that the service manager has always been very understanding and willing to make it right with me. After the tech that did my oil change spilled oil on a mouse nest in the engine bay (that was left there for some reason I can't fathom) making an awful, yet thankfully ultimately harmless smell on the way home, I was promised my next maintenance for no charge. The staff apparently did not read the note on my file and I was charged. The maintenance after that, the staff did not believe me and I had to insist that there was a note on my file. I was also charged for a replacement 12V battery that should have been covered as it failed within the 3y/36k factory warranty, even after the writer stated it would be covered. I was immediately refunded once the service manager looked into it. At my last service, I had a coupon from Honda for 15% off maintenance. Despite this being an official coupon from American Honda Motor corporate, the invoice only shows a discount of 12%. I'm hardly bothered by the difference of a few dollars off, but the fact that these mistakes (or sneaky charges, whichever you want to believe) have become a regular part of my business here has me reluctant to trust them again with the upkeep and safety of my vehicle. Be sure to double-check your invoice before you leave.

Called for a service appointment service department not answering, receptionist picked up call she emailed service to call me asap. No call back from service. I went elsewhere to correct the problem as it was urgent in my opinion.

Daniel and the whole team at Victory Honda made me feel welcomed and not pushy at all. I got great service and now I know where I am buying all my vehicles. I am grateful that there is still good people who are truthful and transparent. I am so happy that Victory Honda has a great team and I will continue buying from them.

Bought my wife's CR-V here about a year ago. Salesman was polite, not pushy, and seemed to have my best interest at heart. They kept my payment very reasonable and the process was quick and easy.

The guys in the service department have been great. They've given me, a newbie to snow country, great advice. When the brakes were squealing they explained it could be due to dampness. They checked and my brakes are in top notch condition. Unlike my previous experience with dealers out of state, these guys don't try to sell me what I don't need. They explain what's going on and take care of my concerns. And, they have a sense of humor.

Service center is great. They know what they’re doing and are honest about what does and doesn’t need to be done. I’ve been buying my cars for years from Victory from Maz. Really nice guy and now that my kids are buying cars, he has their business as well.

The best service I’ve ever received second time working with Mark and Nick who go that extra mile to get you in the vehicle that you want. I’ll be back again and definitely recommending Mark if you want to get a vehicle that’s the guy you want to see thanks again guys??

Poor customer service. I had an appt. for car service. I must have asked the service tech. too many questions because during our phone conversation he mumbled under his breath, "oh my GOD". Needless to say I did not show up for my scheduled appt.
