Z Hi this is Tanya Smith and my husband Greg and I we we have chosen victory Honda many times for many cars they have used cars they have hybrids they have cars that you can buy they have cars that you can lease they have the cars are very clean and and we know a guy James Shannon he is very reputable he is very easy to talk to he likes sports and the people there are very friendly they fix cars and we go in there for the oil change or actually or actually he does and I would really recommend it and you don't have to and actually we are buying we are in the process of of paying off a hybrid and and we like hybrids and they are very user-friendly and when it comes to gas and all that sort of thing so I would really recommend it I give it I give it actually 20 out of 20 stars but if I can only give five I guess five will have to do but I want to give it 20 out of 20 stars

I've been going here for a while and have been happy. However, as soon as I started my vehicle, I noticed an obvious exhaust issue, that wasn't there 35 minutes ago. When I drove out of the bay I parked right away and spoke with the service guy. We looked under the car and saw the muffler hanging/broken right at I believe the catalytic converter. It was loud enough it didn't even get to the muffler. There was no issue when I went into the waiting room. He was quite defensive and said it's pretty old, it rusted through. I admit it's 11 years old and it was rusting. But nothing was said when I came to pay and everything "looked okay, safety wise". At least it could have been mentioned up front. When I went somewhere else to get it repaired, they readjusted the hoist a couple times before they raised the car. Not sure if it was a hoist placement issue or not. Or just a road bump away from breaking. I purchased the car there 11 years ago and bring both of my Hondas there for service and this is the first issue. But, it puts a little sour taste in my mouth.

josh was patient and kind throughout the whole process! he made sure I was satisfied, he was flexible, made the process fast and filled the tank with gas before I left, couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We were about to close the deal when they suddenly tried to add $3,600 in dealer-installed options and services that we had not previously discussed. Many were of questionable value. ($200 for nitrogen-filled tires. Are you kidding me?) I left. I’m now enjoying my new Mazda.

Yesterday were the ALLEN CHEVROLET CADILLAC FIREWORKS. The Owner of Victory is a Nasty personality human. To get more in dept with that, he chose to fly a plane with a banner representing Victory Honda, when the Fireworks were all about USA and Allen Chevrolet Cadillac! This was a Firework Festival that Allen Sponsored! Not a festival to get your name out there. Nasty owner, nasty business. They don’t even hire people, they give interviews and have you wait 45 mins just to speak with the manager and they say they’ll call you but never do. Nasty business. Don’t say “thank you for your concerns” to my comment, you don’t need to explain yourself.

Been a returned Victory Honda customer for almost a decade now! From my first ever new car purchase of a 2015 Civic to upgrading to my family car a 2020 CRV years later the process of buying a vehicle has always exceeded expectations. you can expect to receive excellent customer service, transparency throughout the transaction, a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, fair pricing, and a smooth and efficient purchasing experience. Highly recommend giving Daniel or any of the lovely group at Victory Honda a call when you’re looking for your next set of wheels or need service on your current ones! I have never had a bad experience.

I leased a 2024 Honda Accord from Daniel Gaw, my salesmen. He was very knowledgeable, about all of the Honda vehicles, he was not pushy, and listened to my driving needs. He explained my financial options and met them. He made the experience easy.

The customer service in the service department is horrible. The staff do not know their own company's policies. Scheduling time for a repair was difficult. Dropping off my car for repair was a disaster. The information that staff gave me over the phone was incorrect. Their was so much confusion and misinformation that I chose to take my car back home with me, rather than allow them to inspect or work on my vehicle. I have zero confidence in their ability/willingness to perform their jobs.
