Marcella was the best! She was so helpful! She is very friendly and knowledgeable with all of the products! I feel that she deserves recognition for the spectacular job she does! ??10/10 will come back for her and will recommend!

Lump on logs of employees. Nobody greeted me as I walked in. When I did get help the salesman sounded like he had no desire to help me, and what do you know that was the case. I don’t have time for it so I just walked out and will take my business elsewhere. Best of luck to whoever has the displeasure of walking in that store

This store is horrible . I walked in before 2 other ppl & they get helped before me then waited some more . Definitely do not recommend this store if youre in a rush or have other places to be.

I cringe when I have to go into the Monroe Verizon store for anything. The staff doesn't listen to what you need and tries to pressure you in to items that you don't want. I have never been talked down to so much in my life. My last experience involved an employee that didn't know how to change my plan for me and she had to ask for help from 2 different people during the process. Typical customer service in Monroe...

The definition of bait and switch we received a plan that was sold to us at $35 per line and they switched it on us to $50+. I would never come into a Verizon store I would only work with the customer service department on line. Not a single person here will help you. Good luck and go to T-mobile

We’ve recently had the displeasure of interacting with a customer service representative, Marcella, who exhibited unprofessional behavior and a lack of professionalism. Despite reaching out for assistance with a genuine concern and a desire to understand the situation of a new contract, the representative's conduct left much to be desired.Throughout the interaction, there was a noticeable absence of empathy and courtesy. The representative appeared disinterested and failed to actively listen to my mother-in-laws concerns, creating an environment that felt dismissive and unhelpful. Their tone was notably condescending, which only exacerbated the frustration she was already experiencing.In a customer service role, effective communication is paramount. Unfortunately, the representative's communication skills were subpar, contributing to a sense of frustration and misunderstanding rather than resolving the issue at hand.In conclusion, the experience with this particular customer service representative was disappointing and fell far short of the professionalism one expects in such a role. Companies should strive to maintain high standards in their customer service interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Not very happy with the service my fiancé received. Employee was rude and didn’t seem to care at all. We will no longer be going through this provider. Went to T-Mobile directly and switched to them. Been with Verizon since 99. How sad.

Extremely rude workers, Husband was having problems connecting his new iPhone instead of the worker (With blue hair) helping she was asking personal questions about our home life,& Bills all while huffing & puffing about my 2 year old son .. honestly will drive to a different store all these workers are beyond rude !

Went inside to switch my phone from ATT to Verizon. Already checked the IMEI numbers to verify that my 2 ipHone 12s and Apple Watch SE 2 was compatible and unlocked, the rude employee assured me that I "Might think they're unlocked" but he has to check to make sure. Understandable, I could've been confused. However, he then proceeded to tell me all about how I shouldn't switch to E-Sim because they are "Trash", yet he attempted to sell me an iPhone 14? A phone that DOES NOT have a physical SIM card option? The employee also assured me that he has been here for "8 and a half years" and my Apple Watch WOULD NOT work with Verizon. Then, when I declined option protection coverage, he again assured me that I needed it because if I break my phone, I will then be paying for a phone that is unusable and not able to trade in. Told him 3 times I understand and I still don't want it. Didn't get his name, mid 20s, skinny jeans, nice shoes, beyond rude. I spent 20 minutes inside this store and essentially was told that I do not know what I am talking about and I have to buy new devices to switch to Verizon. I went up to the Taylor store instead and the gentlemen there not only had me in and out in 10 minutes with all 3 of my devices working on Verizon, but also was shocked at the fact that the Monroe store treated me so rudely. Never again will I be visiting this store for my needs, I will gladly take the drive 20 minutes North to someone who knows what customer service is.

The manager is very condescending and rude. I agree with the last review. Not very helpful at all. The store is empty, and they're basically sitting around. Doing nothing but they don't have time to help me out with my question.
