If I could give this post office a 0 I would. Months ago I took a package, that had to be shipped internationally, to the post office. I paid for the 5-day guarantee that it would arrive overseas within 5 business days. A month later the package hadn't left Michigan. I had no time to wait, as those documents were extremely important and another set had to be mailed out immediately. So, once again, I paid for the 5-day guarantee that the package would be delivered in 5 business days, mind you that each time I mail this 5-day guarantee package I have to pay $100. A month later, this package also has not left Michigan. They had no idea where either of the packages were and couldn't give me a refund because they "can't give refunds until the package is scanned in at its destination". Now it's the third month, neither package has ever been located and the post office refuses to give a refund. On a side note: I mailed the package through DHL, after the debacle with the Post Office, it arrived in 3 days overseas.Suggestion: Do not spend your money on the 5-day guarantee. It would seem that if they lose your package they feel it's good customer service to keep your money while providing no service.

Yes this is a miejer however there is a post office inside at the service desk by the pharmacy. The clerks are rude but when the "real" post officein town is closed and you need to mail something this is a decent alternative.

Very disappointed in my delivery of mail. I can expect my mail any time between 9:30am and 7:30pm. No consistency. I also did a mail hold while on vacation and the delivery person was to deliver my accumulated mail at the end of the hold. After 2 days of not receiving my mail, I called this branch and was told that he forgot to pick it up to deliver it. I was told he would deliver it the next day or I could go in and pick it up. I had hoped that someone would have made a special trip to deliver it since it was already late. That was not even offered. We went in and picked it up since I wasn't sure I could depend on him remembering the next day.

Won't deliver to my door, twice now, doesn't make me sign for my packages that require signatures but makes others sign for them, can't talk to a human through their abysmal phone service, and doesn't even knock on the door of your apartment.

Not a USPS Post office, it's a CPU contract postal unit, the people who work there are Meijer employees. You can mail items from there, buy stamps from there, but it's still Meijer.

There is a post office in the building, although they don't put on a sign indicating the location. Simply go to the customer service desk and those friendly ladies will be willing to help you.

It's a post office! Always a line to stand in. Difficult to navigate to it because of limited space and heavy traffic.

An older Post Office. Mostly friendly employees. Usually a line and a wait. I always try to have my stuff prepared before going in or filling it out in line. I also utilize the self help postal machine or whatever you call it.
