UPDATED 6/30/24: Unfortunately, due to the statement released on Thursday (6/27/24) by Tractor Supply's corporate office, I will no longer be shopping here. My experience remains 4-star, but I cannot leave the rating at that.
This was the first opportunity I've had to visit this place. I don't own a farm or even have a yard/garden to care for. But on Easter Sunday, my thermostat went on the fritz and it was too cold for my comfort in my apartment. I couldn't find a space heater at Meijer or Walmart, where fans have taken their place. Lowe's was closed for the holiday, as was Ace Hardware. But it looked like Tractor Supply might have a space heater. I'm sorry I didn't get names, because the young man at the front counter and the young man he sent to help me at the Customer Service desk were both kind, sympathetic, and very helpful. They knew I didn't want to spend $50+ on an interim fix and they found me a cheap little space heater in the back with hardly any wait time. I certainly will try to make time to shop there again!

April should treat people who spend money there a little nicer. I understand stress from a job. But you have a poor attitude.

I loved how tidy the store was and even better how helpful everyone was! For a Monday night the staff were happy to talk to me and I felt right at home. They had a wide variety of stuff for me to grab that I have been meaning to pick up. Now that I know it's so easy to stop by I will be happy to stop here instead of trying to order things online.

Horrible customer service. I rented a tank of argon which had a bad valve. When trying to exchange the tank the manager informed me I would have to purchase it again. I will not be getting any products from tractor supply. Family farm and home has better customer service.

Wouldn’t bother wasting time taking your propane here. If you’ve got to fill tanks after work. They shut their propane filling down way early
