I love this clinic, and if they had better availability it would be 5 stars, easy. They work hard and do the best they can by your pets, and I truly believe they do love the animals.
I will, unfortunately, have to leave their care, because I have an elderly dog and can’t afford to wait 3.5 weeks for an appointment that’s non-emergent but still important. At almost 13, my dog just can’t and shouldn’t have to wait that long for help.
But I stand by what I said- they are AMAZING here, but their appointment availability is just too few and far between. 9/10 would recommend!

We brought my puppy here after a bad night at the emergency vet and it was the best interaction we have ever had with a vet hands down! They are super sweet and answered all of the questions I had about my puppy!

The people were nice. Prices are confusing.
They told me 150$ for a package then that only included one shot. And a wellness exam. Proceeded to charge me 45$ each for a stool sample I didn’t ask for.
And on top of that put a 45$ deposit down for both. Which went towards the total but still. Still got 150-200$ out of me more than I planned
387$ later, and $477 total for 2 cats to get their rabies vaccine, check up and flea meds.
If you have the money go for it but honestly like them to be more upfront with their pricing and tell you any hidden add ons.
But the amount of money spent was insane when it was all done.
Not to mention entered my email and cats birthdays in wrong.
After writting it down and filling out paperwork.
Make it make sense
150+150+50+50+18 (minus 45,45 down deposit) = 477???
When this was all done.
Yeah on my receipt I was charged for stool samples that are not included. And the plan says 150. And I looked at the receipt and only rabies shot was done.
Gonna take back what I said about the staff if you are going to treat people stupid for over pricing them and getting prices mixed up.

Worth the drive! I live in Woodhaven and was taking my dog to an animal hospital closer, but Suburban Animal Clinic of Monroe is totally worth the drive. The staff and doctor are amazing, they get you in and out in no time (unlike the closer animal hospital) and I'm so grateful to have found them - so is the beags, Marci. If I could recommend one thing - join forces with Chewy; otherwise AMAZING!

So I took a puppy there new to my family I only had him for about 18 hours 0 got him in there which was good only cuz somebody canceled but as I was in there with my dog they seemed more about trying to make me pay $300 for a plan for the future visits for free instead of just charging me for the visit and taking care of my dog they didn't even check my dog's ears and then they forgot to put the deworming on there when they gave me the bill so then I had to wait even longer to get that and pay that to get that done with my puppy .
