Rode into stall to wash my bike an went over what was supposed to be the grate to the pit an they had a piece of ply wood over it snapped right down the middle an my bike went down in the pit had to get somebody too pull it out an no number to contact somebody.

Worse wash so far. It didn't even get the dirt off my car. I go there every time and today was very disappointing.

Everything worked real well and the area was nice and clean as well. I was there at night and the had great lighting so it didn't feel unsafe being by myself

Probably the worst car wash I’ve been to in Monroe quality wise and that’s saying something. Machine ate 5$ and wouldn’t return it, water quality is TERRIBLE, not much pressure coming from wand. Truck is actually dirtier after using this water than it was before. Best part is probably the dryer and it’s mid at best. Do not recommend, especially with a black vehicle.

I put my money in and there was a damaged hose, water pressure from hose cut me , no phone number is anyplace.
