Very happy with the friendly service today. They were able to set up my new phone and also troubleshoot some Internet problems that I was having. I would highly recommend going to the store for your mobile and Internet needs.

Went in for phone deal......no deal. Wife added me to account to make changesThey had all the info that she had contacted them, except the part about adding me. Then they asked me to call her but to their disbelief, I had her cell with me to trade in for a new one. No way to make contact with her. Was looking at a Z Flip 5 and 23+ whatever hot shot phone, won't let me go in debt for thousands I guess. Will stick with Verizon, at least I know what kind of screwing I am gonna get there.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give a zero or negative number, which is what Spectrum deserves. How they became the number 2 cable service boggles my mind. Spectrum rates a zero in customer support and concern. In the 2 plus years I have been forced to endure their service has been a bad dream, if not nightmare has included a terrible installation (I had to have a maintenance supervisor come out to get it installed properly. And that took almost 12 months to accomplish. Their DVD box contains only 2 tuners versus the 12 channel box that Comcast offers. In addition I can't go more than 90 days, without having pixelation issue, severe enough that the box displays a can't display channel and you have to tune to another channel and then back to the channel you want to view, Oh their customer service agents and very gracious, but it is clear from their responses that they never go off script. It's very clear in talking with them that upper management is only concerned in extract every possible penny out of the customer. We live in a rural area so options are very limited. If you have any way to avoid doing business with Spectrum make certain that you do so. I could go on but you wouldn't believe the the litany of issues.

Spectrum are just awful. If you sign up for auto pay they then start charging you for additional services you didn't order. Trying to resolve this through customer service is just met with threats to send you to collections if you don't pay. And their condescending attitude is quite remarkable. They should change their name to "Rectum".

Went here to return some equipment and you would have thought I was at the Secretary of State with all the people waiting to get help, the employees just looked at you from behind the counter, no sign to tell you that you need to sign in, after about 6 more people showed up someone said sign in please, so now I was behind all the other people that came in. All the employees looked like they hated life and didn't want to be there, What a joke, I had to leave and come back a different day.

This store scammed us on our mobile bill. They are not allowed to take cash payments for mobile however one of there employees took our cash payment anyway. We got a receipt but we never got credit on our bill. Phones were shut off and when we asked at the store why the payment wasn't posted we were told they don't take cash even tho we had a receipt. They have shady sneaky employees who line their own pockets with our money. I'm going to lose my job because I'm on call and my phone is off, thanks to these people. Now have to go to the hassle of taking them to court over this. Going to a different cell provider. One who still believes in good old American cash money, and cares about there customers.

Talk about not knowing anything. Dropped off a box that didn't work. Okay easy swap. Then pay a bill? Please see next person. That person, let me ask manager in back. Okay let's use the kiosk. Oh kiosk is broken. We suggest you call the number on your bill.Then had to call to get box to work correctly at home.OH did I say the other two customers were there about a bait an switch as they found out that 29 dollar FIRST year doubles the next YEAR'S AFTER.

So everyone is really nice. I don't even think it's their fault. Some customers just talk and don't seem to stop. So it makes everyone behind them wait REALLY long wait times. I've gone in and waited an hour before just to pay a bill. So. It isn't the employees fault. Maybe they could find a way or hire more people to fix that.

I stopped by to upgrade my phone. My new phone had to install a update so I was here for a while while other customers came in to pay bills, exchange cable boxes, and ask questions about their bills. Everyone was very helpful and respectful.

Great service when we came in. Modem and router out. Would be nice if they change out old equipment instead of waiting till a customer has major issues.

This is Tanya Smith and I am totally blind and spectrum is a good service it they come out and they understand that that there is a blind people and they do have a braille guides and they have the talking guide on the TV and they're very friendly The only thing that I would recommend is that is that they have a is that they they have something talking for the DVR like with dish they had a they had the a Dad the DVR with the voice prompts built into it and that really helped me out a lot especially when I wanted to record stuff so I read it four stars
