This place needs to be shut down, the nurses don't care let her patients wander outside all day cars coming and going, no ones getting treated here they are still getting the drugs they want

Three stars because of nurse Mandy and the nurse with the rainbow crocks (I'm sorry I forgot her name) They were SO nice. Some of the staff were really great while others were just outright mean. Detox was basically easy. My big complaint was that after finding out I'd be moved into inpatient and forced to eat meals with 40 people, after explaining my agoraphobia and anxiety, they didn't do anything to help me. I went to the impatient area and was immediately yelled at by some lady dressed in all pink like I should know what was happening already. I wasn't there for 2 minutes. She was IRATE the second I arrived. How she was screaming at people was insane. I didn't even unpack. I needed more time there but it scared me so much that I left the facility right away. She basically ruined my treatment. I'm 42 years old and definitely didn't deserve to be yelled at by some crazy person who enjoyed demeaning people. She literally hurt my recovery. I'm going to a DV shelter tomorrow which I need but I also needed a few weeks at HL that I couldn't get. It's made me incredibly sad tonight. Go detox here but leave before you get screamed at in the inpatient area. I am truly saddened about this happening.

Couldn't recommend this place more, the girls treated me so well during my 5 day alcohol detox. Food was delicious as well!

Very impressed with the facility it’s very clean, they keep up with all Covid protocols, they make you feel welcome. I am very happy with all of the staff that I encountered during my stay and everything I got out of it. Thank you harbor light. If you follow the rules and go there to really want change. You can make it happen anywhere especially here. Thanks again everyone at harbor light! Happy holidays to you all.

Thank you harbor light this place is like night and day compared to 2018 and before. Very clean, very supportive looks like a brand new facility!! Thanks to Jason, Greg and ALL supporting staff especially the nurses station as they helped me in a very busy season in an emergency. THANK YOU for helping my family and I. I am forever grateful to this place.

i have severe back problems and this place has literal jail mats. my back has not hurt so bad in quite some time and i’ve only been here 12 hours. on top of that it is in a spooky ooky old nursing home and though i can see someone’s vacuuming or doing something, it is overall filthy.

One of the best inpatient treatment I ever go! Food is great. Staffs are friendly. You can smoke ciggs on the schedule hour. I feel plenty comfortable staying there. To anyone who said bad stuffs abt this facility, remember this place is 50x better than being on street or JAIL!! Learn to think, people.

One star is being very generous. This place is awful. Food is a joke, the beds are horrible, and management is nonexistent. Rehab is supposed to help people through the worst parts of their lives. This is a glorified prison.

To anyone looking to get your loved one into somewhere for treatment, please don't seek treatment here, because you will surely be let down. The things that go on inside this place are unspeakable, it's completely awful. I did not even want to give this god awful place one star.

Somebody needs to get a court order to shut this place down. They have unexpierenced and unlicensed workers distributing medication in the parole residential center. Meanwhile, their is clients who overdose in the bathroom frequently. Who is ever running Harbor Light in monroe Michigan needs to be replaced! They don't even search visitors when they come in which is probably why people overdose in the bathroom. The recovery program is absolutely a joke. They don't care about the clients at all. If you want to get clean, don't come here.
