I randomly picked this florist on Google and had great customer service, I asked them to put something together similar to a few things I saw on their site for a friend who had just had surgery. They made a beautiful arrangement for the price, and I was shocked at how quickly they delivered it!

I went to this place because it’s local. I only asked two things in addition to my order; (1) NO BABY’S BREATH. My order had baby’s breath in it. (2) DO NOT SAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I told the owner please do not save my credit card info in your system. She spent five minutes to figure out how to delete it, and CONFIRMED it was deleted. I called six months later to place my next order, and the attendant said, “would you like to use #### card you have on file, (actually quoting the numbers)…….. CONCLUSION: this place doesn’t follow standard practice on ASKING if a customer wants their card saved. THEY JUST AUTOMATICALLY SAVE IT and LIE ABOUT DELETING IT…. TLDR: THEY LIED AND SAID THEY DIDN’T SAVE MY CARD INFO, WHEN THEY ACTUALLY DID SAVE IT.

Nothing but the best from this great Florist. From taking care of my floral needs pre-wedding, wedding and post wedding they've never failed to amaze me with their high quality, great people and overall outstanding service. Highly recommend!!

Mediocre quality. Bought 70$ worth of eucalyptus, roses and succulents. Over priced. Spoke with Eva? Co owner? Quite condescending and unwelcoming. Won't be back.
I'd like to add that "Eva" aggressively called 2x to contest my honest review of my experience with her. I had to politely ask her to stop calling.

I chose a red, white, and blue themed flower arrangement for Ann’s funeral to honor her military service. The arrangement was beyond perfect! It was so beautiful!! Thank you Eva for such a special gift.
All the flowers were beautiful at her service. She was a cherished member of my family!!

I chose Monroe Florist for my wedding - Eva is great to work with! I came in with a vision and was a bit indecisive at times, but she was patient with me as we worked towards the vision and price range I had in mind. The results were beautiful!!
