I would ADVISE you to NOT go to this PHARMACY...if that's what you wanna call it. They have DENIED me of some the most CRUCIAL medication that I NEED daily. I've already been to the E.R. because of them. Go to Walmart or Walgreens,for this one pharmacy would rather see you have a heart attack or a seizure before they help you out. They probably do this so THEY can TAKE your MEDICATION and get HIGH on YOUR supply!!

I went to Meijer to day and a got lights and they were super cute but when I opened the box it was tangled, and now I can't untangle it the carpet was nice though, and the rest of it was nice.

Customer Service is awful. If your purchase is over $100, they won't take it back without a receipt. They lost a customer that spends thousands of dollars a year at Meijer over a 110 dollar return. According to the store manager it was a "business" decision not a "customer service" decision. Apparently no one told him you don't have a business without customers.

Updated store, updated review. New set up, new bottle return room, and even new shopping carts. Wider isles, but less stuff in a few categories. They took out some regular check out lanes ( which was never in use). And of course, added self service check out lanes. They even have sushi now. Never did when I lived in Monroe. But many of the same faces on the staff and same service is I was use to having the 15 years I lived here. Will stop monthly when I come down to have thoses white roots covered.

Marla is the best part of the Monroe Meijer. She always has a smile on her face and looks forward to seeing my two little boys each week.

A lot of comments already made about this place are SPOT ON! Nice place to shop for all of your needs but the store is poorly mapped out. The people who work here are nice - except for the managers. I had a bad experience one time but thought it might have been a "one-off" so I went back again. And saw that was not the case. Too poorly run by incompetent management to waste your time here.

I purchased a shirt with a security tag on it. The cashier failed to remove it. I misplaced my receipt. I walked in and went to the lady at the door, so she knew I came in with it. Long story short, without a receipt they wouldn’t remove the tag. They were already a store I preferred not to frequent, this cements it with me. I’ll never go back. Customer service is a joke from it floor on up the chain.

Jus poorly managed. It was bad before Covid and this location is still poorly managed. Many items that are out of stock at this location are available at other locations. Usually long lines to checkout. Your better off going down the street to Wal Mart.

I don't understand why there's 3 cashiers and people lined up into the clothing dept. I refuse to do my own checking out, I don't work for you!!! Sadly this isn't the only location with this problem. Why have 18 lanes and 3 open?

This store is so POORLY Run, when it only takes you 35 minutes to shop for a weeks groceries and have to wait almost 50 minutes to check out it's just not acceptable. This store runs on a shoe string, the staff is constantly changing because they can't keep help. Several produce items I looked at either were rotten or had mold, shelves are not stocked and couldn't even get several food items. This use to be a Friendly well stocked organized store but it has Really gone down hill. I even chatted with a king time employee and they were very cautious saying anything like they were afraid someone would hear them.Best bet is shop at Kroger's in Monroe Michigan.
