I purchased a lazy boy big chair. Had the technician out 3 times and it is broke again. I would like it replaced. Only had it since February. I spent $20000.

The service department is a joke. They canceled our appointment last week with no notice or reason why. This week our appointment time has passed and they can't get ahold of the technician to see what's going on. Our furniture was delivered over a month ago and we can't get anyone back to the house to fix their issues. Worthless!

DO NOT WORK HERE! Management plays favorites and will fire you for being less than 5 minutes late. Specifically Jen and Rochelle. Your work performance has nothing to do with raises. They give raises and promotions based off who they like most. You will be a robot and miserable unless maybe they find people who actually care about the employees.

Purchased a sofa from lazy boy 4+ years ago the material on the sofa is grey and it turned red. It’s still under warranty and warranty was denied by warranty company and lazy boy. It’s a lot of money for a sofa that only last 4 years. They also said they discontinued the material on sofa for reasons there not sharing with me. They also offered me a new sofa for small discount. Not sure want to buy a new sofa every 4 year. Very disappointed.

Apparently lazy boy is not friendly with local residents. Was harassed by security yesterday, for just trying to pass through their parking lot to get to Stewart road. They are connected to the cemetery on Monroe street and the senior housing and Nursing center on elm street by Black top walking path. Just some boulders to block Motor vehicles from getting on to their property. A lot of local residents have done this for years. Is this their policy or was I just the unfortunate one of being harassed by their security? It is unfortunate that they are so unfriendly. By the way , i'm handicap and I use a mobility chair to get around.

We had a Stang experience with free home design service. Apparently you need to know which pieces you’re buying before they come out to your home and then just go into store to view the 3D layout options, chose fabric and make purchase. We weren’t quite settled on anything yet was offered the service without realizing the expectation that we’d purchase day of design review. This was very confusing to us as buyers and to the design consultant (store employee). The salesperson who suggested this route was very nice but perhaps not clear about how things worked. Once we got to store, the designer seemed perturbed and the store manager came over to intervene to tell us all the things we perhaps should have been advised of ahead of using this service. He said some things that were definitely rude and insulting but we weren’t worried. It made us realize that pursuing from this company want what we wanted anyway. In addition the designer while lovely was a bit young and immature given the job and expectation of expenditure of customers. Now I see plenty of dissatisfaction with the product too.

My husband & I purchased a new Love Seat for over $2000 7/4/2022. We also purchased extended warranty which the sales person said covered everything for 5 years. However, this was not true and stated on backside hidden from me.We have had continuous problems. We had to pay extra for repairs. It did not take long and Lazy Boy is not refunding our money even after several phone calls Purchase made at Wilmington NC. We will never buy another Lazy Boy product. Lazy Boy finally refunded the second charge for time not used for repairs.

They are very quick to sell and for the most part are relatively good in that area. When it comes to repair they fail terribly. There is one number to call with no answering machine. You call and can be on hold for hours. You can leave your phone number and pray you get a call back which can take days. When you get the call back you find out that there is only 1 service man for your area which for me was Long Island, NY. Once they sell you their product they don't give a damn about repairs even when they are under warranty. This company has gone so far down the tubes I am surprised they are still in business. Should have looked at the reviews before I bought this chair. In the past we have purchased 4 chairs thru this company and not had a complaint. This expeience was aweful. Would never go back because of poor service.

I ordered a sofa and a chair and they told me it would take up to two months for delivery.I Ordered the new furniture for a special occasion at my home. I got a call from La-Z-Boy telling me my furniture was in and to call them to schedule the delivery. When I did, they told me it would be another two months before they deliver to my area which is an hour and 40 minutes south of the Reno, NV. store. Which is past the date of my special occasion!They said there’s nothing they can do about it. That’s just the way it is. This after leading me to believe it would only be a couple months and paying an additional $99 for the delivery.I’m pissed!!!? That’s just wrong!! And they don’t give a dam!!!

Was just informed that they will not replace a seat cushion after five years even if they still sell the exact same chair. Apparently they make changes every 5 years and They tried to convince me that the foam will no longer fit. Make this make sense. So much for a great warranty

No reàl customer service, advises go online refers back to your local dealer, mine has voice machine. No help. Need repair. Not the company of your parents generation. Sad
