I purchased a lazy boy big chair. Had the technician out 3 times and it is broke again. I would like it replaced. Only had it since February. I spent $20000.

Nashville-Waiting 2 weeks now for service dept to call me and set up appt time. I have a new recliner that needs a service call.

Terrific experience in store with sales lady ***. Great showroom, plenty of items for selection. The recliner and sofa bed were delivered today. The delivery men were cautious and accommodating and I’m happy with the sales and delivery!!!
