I'll never use Kroger Pharmacy ever again. I recently moved to Michigan and had my prescriptions sent to Kroger because it was close to my new house. They flat out refused to fill my prescription. Just flat out refused. No call, no text, no heads up, nothing what so ever... I was extremely sick for almost a week until I found a local Dr. and switched to a much more caring Pharmacy. Don't waste your time. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It's changed a lot. It used to be a friendly, small, helpful place. I do not find it helpful lately. They did not contact me and inform me that one of my medications is on back order. That seems like something important to contact a person over. Here we are on a Saturday and now I'm told to call my Dr and ask if i can find another pharmacy that has it. I am not supposed to lapse on medication and my dr office is closed until Monday. The pharmacy knew this 3 days ago. Not filled yet and "back order" are 2 different things. This is becoming the normal pharmacy behavior. They are not reliable or fill the scripts when they are sent over from a Dr. Also. Also, it is not fun being terribly sick, and finding out they waited until I was in the store. I had to sit and wait around spreading germs. Lack of communication and no thought.

Called when my doc sent my prescription. The pharmacist said she wouldn’t refill my prescription because it was too early. I tried to explain I was leaving town for work and needed to take it with me. Basically she told me it wasn’t her problem and she told me that because I was frustrated with her, she would no longer be filling my prescriptions. Absolutely blown away at the audacity of this woman to think she could pick and choose whose prescriptions she wanted to fill based on how she felt about someone had me stunned. but she said she would “call my doctor and see what she could do”. I got a call from my doctors office saying that the pharmacy told them they were “out of the medication” and it would need to be filled at a different pharmacy aka you think you can talk to me anyway you want well I won’t fill your prescriptions like a true 3rd grader. So that’s what I’m going to do. No Kroger will ever get a dollar from me. Not the pharmacy or the store. This is not the first bizarre type experience I have had with Kroger pharmacists. There seems to be no checks and balances for these individuals who are free to break rules and deny customers based on personal preferences. Madness. Please save yourself the headache and fill your prescriptions elsewhere.

I just left the Kroger in Monroe on Monroe st. I was with my mom my little cousin and my 6 year old son. We were checking out in the self check out we had already started so we had like maybe 2 bags already scanned and bagged the worker her name was Sarah she said line 10 has almost no line we said we were fine and thanked her she just looked at us and walked away then we needed help to continue and she made us wait forever and kept helping other people even people that just was walking up just completely ignoring us then she finally makes her way and says line 10 has no line we said we're okay again and she gave us a dirty look and then starts looking through our bags just being very rude. I've never gotten treated so rude before ever in my life.

Very disappointed. My car was smashed while I was shopping and the police refused to write a ticket for my insurance company to verify because it was on private property. That seems against state law to me but makes me think Kroger is not doing the best it can to ensure the safety of their customers either

What's with the employees at Kroger. They used to be friendly. Check out clerk today refused to look at me or the young family in front of me. This seems to be an ongoing issue of late?
