There was a misunderstanding as to what brands of clothes were covered with my 30%coupon. I thought all brands should be covered not so. they bait you with a 30% off coupon till you get to the checkout and find out most of the purchase is not covered buyer beware.

This place has gone way down. Especially to loyal customers. First started. Treated like gold. Ehh couple Years later. Went way down hill. They no longer cate about their loyal customers. I will go next door to tj. Max. He'll w khols. An I've been w khols for like 2019. Left once. Decided to try again. NOPE. canceled again. This time I'm done.

I love shopping at our Monroe, MI Kohl's store! The store is always very neat, even though there is some renovations going on at this time to add Sephora. The selection of products is excellent, and the staff of associates is always very friendly and helpful! It's a joy to shop there!

Staff can be a 50/50 shot of getting a pleasant one. Check-out service depending on the day and time can be abysmal but selection and product are very good.
