“We were not guests but ended up here because of a car accident on the highway. While coordinating with police and trying to get back on the road the hotel staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure we were okay from the accident and the heat outside. I can’t say enough about their kindness. Thank you!”

“The staff at the Hampton Inn in Monroe, MI are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure that your needs are met. What sets them apart from many other hotels is that they follow-up with you to ensure that your needs have been met or that the situation has been resolved. Hotel lobby and rooms are up-to-date and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel!!!”

“Staff was very nice, room was very good and bed was comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m. so they say. We left at 6:45 a.m. and not all out. I got 2 yogurts, one was solid and the other tasted a bit funky .... expiration date was about a few weeks past. They were very nice when I showed em to kitchen staff who immediately pulled them. No eggs, meat, etc. was out so we couldn't have much of a breakfast. The lobby had a pool table which was nice.
Noteworthy details: Staff was super friendly.”
